High blood pressure is described as a pressure level reading over 120–160/90-94. As the majority of cases of high blood pressure are borderline, the condition can usually be brought under control through dietary and lifestyle changes.

- Eliminate caffeine, alcohol, stress and smoking

- Exercise regularly

- Increase dietary fibre and reduce sugar, fat and processed foods. - Reduce sodium (salt) in diet - Supplement – Vitamin C, flaxseed or fish oil, Vitamin E
