HEALING MEDITATION

Whether you have a chronic condition or just feeling a little unwell, this healing exercise is beneficial in reducing and eliminating illness.

1. Find a comfortable and quiet area and close your eyes.
2. Breathe slowly, concentrating on each breath. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
3. For a few moments, picture your breath as energy, coming in through your nose and radiating throughout your body as you exhale.
4. Now focus on the area of your body that is giving you problems or dis-ease. As you breathe in the energy, focus on that region and envision the energy generating a healing force. Hold the inhalation for a few seconds and gently exhale, releasing toxins and negative energy.
